Nitze-Stagen handles the leasing and property management of the Frye Commerce Center.
Owned by the Frye Art Museum, this 76,000 square foot mixed-use office/industrial/retail complex is located at Delridge and the West Seattle Freeway. The site is also adjacent to the proposed new monorail station that will serve the Delridge neighborhood.
Nitze-Stagen was recently engaged by the Frye Art Museum to provide real estate expertise for the disposition of a large portion of the older industrial buildings that were sold to King County for expansion of the Ryerson Bus Base. The proceeds from the sale of the buildings to King County was re-invested into this modern industrial project, Commerce Center, and its acquisition was handled by the company on Frye's behalf.
