Frye Lander Station Seattle, WA

Nitze-Stagen handles the leasing and property management of the Frye Lander Station.

Owned by the Frye Art Museum, this 48,000 square foot mixed-use office/industrial/retail complex is located on South Lander Street adjacent to the Starbucks Center. The site is also across the street from the proposed new Lander Street monorail station serving the SODO neighborhood.

Nitze-Stagen was recently engaged by the Frye Art Museum to provide real estate expertise for the disposition of a large portion of the older industrial buildings that were sold to King County for expansion of the Ryerson Bus Base. The proceeds from the sale of the buildings to King County was re-invested into this modern industrial project, Lander Station, and its acquisition was handled by the company on Frye's behalf.
