 | Kodak Center San Jose, CANitze-Stagen was retained by Eastman Kodak Company in 1985 to complete the conversion of the building from a research and development facility into a 207,000 square foot Class A office building. Nitze-Stagen also leased and managed the completed project. The project remains one of the most successful and highly awarded office projects in the San Jose area and is currently fully leased. The company sold its interest in this project in 1997. | |
