| This gallery includes various photographs taken during and after construction. Starbucks interior space reflects the industrial quality of the building, yet provides for a Class A office space. With the building's ceilings being only 8" 6", most of the mechanical and electrical systems have been left visible. Sound is attenuated through the innovative use of a sprayed on ceiling material to avoid having to use a dropped ceiling system. All of the improvements were designed to allow for the rapid expansion due to Starbucks continued retailing success. With nearly 600,000 square feet of new office space at this time, this project continues to meet Starbucks expansion needs. |
