This project was the conversion of a 200,000 square foot high bay warehouse building into a 700 car garage for Starbucks employees. The construction required the addition of two additional internal floors and large exterior ramps to accommodate auto traffic. The project cost nearly $4.3 million and was completed in 1996. |
