| This project is a 700 stall parking facility that is located just south of Phase I garage. The garage will be connected to the Phase I garage underneath an existing elevated city street. The garage was designed to accommodate heavy event usage from nearby stadiums, as well meet the needs of office tenants in the on-site office campus being developed. The garage cost $13.4 million, and opened in July of 1999. Both garages have a state-of-the-art load management and security systems. |
