Mr. Nitze attended Harvard College and Harvard Law School and sits on the boards of several private and public organizations. Mr. Nitze is a member of the New York and American Bar Associations. Mr. Nitze manages the firm's portfolio of publicly traded securities and venture investments, and all east coast real estate investments. |

In the past three decades, Mr. Stagen has played a key role in the financial structuring of large real estate transactions. Since opening Nitze-Stagen's Seattle office in 1987, Mr. Stagen has helped lead the firm in its acquisitions of a number of properties which became showcases within the community. Mr. Stagen is widely recognized as a leader in the Seattle community. |
 | Kevin Daniels , President/Chief Operating Officer
In his role as President for Nitze-Stagen, Mr. Daniels is responsible
for the day-to-day operations of the company's west coast real estate
holdings. His extensive background in real estate includes over
two decades of experience in the areas of property development and
management in the Puget Sound region. Mr. Daniels is a Certified
Public Accountant and is a Washington State real estate broker.
Mr. Daniels is a member of the AICPA and WSCPA organizations. |

Cornell , Senior Vice President
Mr. Cornell is Senior Vice President at Nitze-Stagen. His responsibilities
includes the project management of the Union Station development,
administration and company finance. Alan has over 20 years experience
in all aspects of commercial and industrial real estate. His background
includes corporate strategic planning, market research, and outside
consulting. He has developed several suburban business parks and
office buildings. Alan has a Masters Degree from the University
of Nebraska in Economics and holds a Washington State Real Estate

Shumaker , Vice President
Mr. Shumaker is Vice President of Construction and Facilities for Nitze-Stagen. He is responsible for the development and construction management of all Nitze-Stagen projects. Mr. Shumaker has been involved in construction and facilities management of commercial real estate for nearly 20 years. He holds a California General Contractors License, a California Real Estate License and holds a RPA designation from BOMA International. |

Davis , Vice President
Ms. Davis is the Vice President of Property Management at Nitze-Stagen.
Her responsibilities include direct responsibility for the management
of over 3,000,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail space,
with a primary focus of maintaining the high standards the company
consistently provides to its tenants. Ms. Davis manages all tenant
relations, marketing, collateral materials, special events, advertising
and public relations for the properties, as well as the company.
